The United States Green Building Council has certified as LEED-Gold the interior finish-out of the Fields at Pinnacle. The interior of the 41,000 square foot office building, developed by Hatfield Properties, was designed by Nielson Architecture and features an abundance of natural daylighting, energy-saving lighting and ventilation systems, and low-flow water fixtures. The building shell, designed by Polk Stanley Wilcox, also contributed to the total points required to achieve a gold certification by featuring a heat-reflective roof, energy-efficient glass and glazing, and low-maintenance landscaping. C.R. Crawford Construction served as the construction manager and worked in close collaboration with Hatfield Properties and the design team to achieve the sustainability goals for the project. The new building is the first of a planned development on 28 acres on South Champions Drive, in Rogers, Arkansas.
