The Owner’s vision for the Simmons Processing Plant was to create a state-of-the-art poultry processing facility that provided a safe, efficient, ergonomic, and enjoyable employee experience while meeting the increased poultry demand of the nation’s growing population.

- Managed and subcontracted complex mechanical systems including ammonia refrigeration, chemical storage, chillers, boilers, wastewater treatment, water storage tanks, chemical distribution and application, conveyors, automation, robotics, glycol systems
- Fully automated / integrated control systems
- Installation of all types and sizes of stainless steel, carbon steel, and CPCV piping systems
- IMP throughout the facility
- Managed fabrication, materials, and tradesmen from 7+ countries
- BIM coordination of all trades ensured a fully developed, functioning system was designed prior to installation, which allowed prefabrication.
