Crawford Construction is headquartered in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and proud to be a part of the rapidly growing Northwest Arkansas metropolitan area.

Owner/ Founder

Owner and Founder of C.R. Crawford Construction, Cody is a native of El Dorado, Arkansas. Crawford began his construction career early in life, working in a variety of heavy industrial and manufacturing businesses located in the South Arkansas. After beginning his formal education in the Fay Jones School of Architecture at the University of Arkansas, Cody realized his passion was for constructing, rather than designing. While earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management at the University of Arkansas, Little Rock, and after completing his degree, Cody worked as a project manager for commercial construction companies located in Central and in Northwest Arkansas.

In 2006, Cody determined that his career goal and vision was to start his own construction company founded on his core belief of providing better services, quality, and personal attention for more competitive cost. Partnering with Jason Keathley, C.R. Crawford Construction was started in March 2006. Cody still provides oversight for the field operations of the company.

Owner/ Vice President of
Business Development

Scott Stokenbury grew up in Oklahoma but his family roots were in Northwest Arkansas. Stokenbury obtained his two Bachelor of Science degrees and his Master of Business Administration at the University of Arkansas. After completing his degrees, Scott was employed by the Llama Company, an investment company founded by Alice Walton. The Llama Company was engaged in corporate finance, public and structured finance, and real estate finance, providing Scott with exposure to various types of financial transactions.

The experience at the Llama Company provided Scott with an opportunity to work for the real estate division of Walmart, where he was responsible for negotiating debt and lease transactions between Walmart and land owners throughout the United States. Later, Scott also worked for Ozark Assets, coordinating commercial development projects.

In 2008, Scott joined the company as a partner. Scott serves as Vice President of Business Development for C.R. Crawford, leading business development efforts and managing support functions.
