Executives from Tyson Foods, Green Forest Mayor Charles Reece, and other guests joined the C.R. Crawford project management team for a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of site construction for what will eventually be a $100 million Tyson Foods processing facility, located in Green Forest, Arkansas. The new facility will be adjacent to an existing Tyson Foods plant and will encompass approximately 200,000 square feet. Operations at the new facility, which is expected to be completed in late 2017, will result in 85 new jobs.
The Johnson Crossing medical office building is a two-story 15,800 square foot facility that will house a growing Northwest Arkansas medical practice and be affiliated with one of the region’s largest medical centers. The office building will allow for the delivery of a wide range of clinical services, including imaging and physical therapy. The building was designed by Allison Architects and will is the first of several more buildings that will be constructed as part of the Johnson Crossing planned community.

The Fields at Pinnacle is a premium office building development, located adjacent to the Arkansas World Trade Center and the University of Arkansas Global Campus, in the Pinnacle Hills area of Rogers, Arkansas. The new building, developed by Hatfield Properties, will contain 41,000 square feet of office space and has been designed to achieve LEED Gold certification.
